Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with a strong background in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate has at least 4+ years of hands-on experience building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and contribute to code review processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with one or more modern frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).
- Good understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, MobX, Vuex, NgRx, etc.).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with CSS pre/post-processors (SASS, LESS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar build tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Exposure to UI libraries/frameworks like Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Ant Design.
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Express) is an advantage.
- Experience with unit testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
