Business Systems Analyst II – Onsite
Location: Irving, TX 75039
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare implementation.
- Healthcare provider experience is mandatory (hospitals/clinics only; insurance experience not accepted).
- Experience with EMR implementations such as Epic, Athena, Cerner, etc.
- Experience working on Epic module–related projects.
- Experience with 3rd-party healthcare applications used in clinical or hospital departments (examples: Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank).
- Strong background in ancillary department implementations such as Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and creating detailed process flows.
- Ability to produce key project documents:
- Project charters
- Status reports
- Meeting minutes
- Agendas
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with multiple stakeholders effectively.
Summary
The Business Systems Analyst II plays a key role in leading and facilitating project meetings with leadership teams to identify, gather, and document detailed business requirements. This role translates business needs into automated solutions, including workflow design and technical implementation.
The analyst will advise and support customers in the use and administration of collection system applications and collaborate with the facility host support teams. They will work closely with stakeholders to enhance workflows, improve tools, and ensure technology solutions align with customer needs—maintaining a strong customer-focused approach throughout all interactions.
