We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Engineer with strong expertise in React.js for a US-based client. This is a fully remote opportunity within India, with preference given to candidates based in South India (Hyderabad preferred).
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications
Architect and develop robust front-end solutions using React.js
Build and maintain backend services and APIs
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
Communicate effectively with US stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of overall software development experience
2+ years of experience in a Lead role (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Front-end focus)
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js / Java / .NET / Python
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience working with US clients is a plus
Excellent communication skills
