Job Summary
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing large-scale information technology projects in a multi-hospital healthcare environment. This role requires extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and hands-on expertise with OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant implementations.
Key Requirements

Proven experience gathering customer requirements and performing analysis activities

Experience implementing OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant in a large, multi-hospital environment
Responsibilities

Lead projects end-to-end following PMO methodology and processes
-
Determine user requirements, establish work priorities, and plan project activities
-
Create and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget

Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

Support IS business planning activities including budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning

Monitor project progress, maintain project issues, and report critical path items to IS management and steering committees

Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and reports

Gather and evaluate user needs, estimate timelines and costs, and coordinate analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation activities

Ensure system changes are fully tested and users are trained and prepared prior to go-live

Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, and procedures
