UI/UX Engineer On W2
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a UI Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of exceptional Engineers across platforms and technologies including Responsive web, HTML TV, iOS/tvOS, Android/Android TV and Roku, working with a host of clientele including major global broadcasters and media companies
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership of a team of UI Engineers
- Delivery of high-quality OTT and digital software products in line with industry best practices
- Effective communication with stakeholders for requirements gathering, feasibility analysis and third-party integrations
- Technical specification and documentation of cross-platform systems and features
- Mentoring, developing, and growing your team of engineers.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of relevant work experience with 2 years as a UI Engineering Lead or similar
- Strong background in one or ideally more of the core Deltatre technologies – PWA: Typescript, React/Redux or Angular, Webpack, Docker – Android: Java/Kotlin, RxJava, Dagger, Gradle – iOS: Swift, Alamofire, Kingfisher, IAP
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering projects across multiple technology streams
- Management of a team of 5-15 engineers
- Agile development mindset
- Expertise in using tools like JIRA, git, confluence, continuous integration systems etc
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- An ability to create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation
- Experience working for a global employer
- Able to work on a hybrid basis with at least 2 days working in the Mumbai office in Goregaon
- Knowledge and interest in cricket will be a bonus for this role
